MPK | Small and compact laser marker

MPK - The All-in-half laser marker

The smallest industrial laser marker ever made, the MPK is designed to complement, rather than replace, traditional printing heads like thermal transfer and ink-jet technologies. It offers superior performances and eliminates the need for consumable materials.

The MPK is available in two versions:

  • OEM - The laser unit is enclosed in a box, as shown in the image. This version is perfect for initiating new projects and conducting laboratory tests.
  • Open Frame - The laser unit is provided as a kit for deep integration. Its compact size makes it ideal for fitting in small, pre-existing desktop printers.

The standard configuration of the MPK has a marking field of 100x100mm and is driven by the proprietary Full Raster Driver control board, enabling seamless integration with commercial label printing software. We offer various configurations to meet your project needs. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

FAQ

Can MPK be integrated into automated systems?

The MPK laser marker is designed for integration. Its compact size allows it to be installed almost anywhere, adapting to the specific geometries of your plant or machine.

What is the Full Raster Driver of M-Pix?

Full Raster Driver is a proprietary technology developed by M-Pix that allows you to use the MPK marker without dedicated laser software. You can perform marking directly from commercial software like MS-Paint, Bartender, NiceLabel or any application compatible with Microsoft Windows.

Can I use the MPK laser marker without purchasing expensive laser software?

Absolutely. Thanks to the Full Raster Driver, the MPK eliminates the need for dedicated laser software. You can manage markings from software already in use in your company, reducing purchase and training costs, while simplifying the workflow at the same time.

What materials can the MPK mark?

Being an infrared DPSS (Diode Pumped Solid State) laser, MPK is effective on metals and technical plastics. It is the ideal device for maintaining compact dimensions, without sacrificing permanent and precise identification. It is integrated into desktop printers for photographic marking on documents, the creation of tags for the classification of industrial cables, or the identification of medical samples.

Why choose the MPK over other compact markers?

The MPK combines extreme compactness (only 10x10x13 cm), flexible integration (available in open frame version), and ease of use (Full Raster Driver without dedicated software) while ensuring the highest industrial quality standards. No other compact marker offers this combination of features.
